 As recordarn recently debated this issue in LACRALO 
 ALAC and we made one declaration Len on modification of 
 ICANN's Bylaws as the Board departs from a recommendation of

 conditioned to a process of development policies (PDP); and that 
 protection of these names should be made a priority, 
 including in particular the names of international organizations and 
 National Red Cross and Red Crescent. 




 Now the Chair of the Board, Steve Crocker responds to the new Chair of 
 GAC, Thomas Schneider (
