 Dear, 


 First I want to apologize for not being able to participate yesterday's 
 call. I had some major drawbacks. 


 But now I have read the emails and I received personal emails and 
 want to clarify the picture: 


 1) On the day of yesterday took the desicion to go to a vote, personally

 If want to tell that I am in against such desicion by several 
 reasons.One of them is that the desicion to take the region and should 
 been taken yesterday during the teleconference. Another is that the deadlines are 
 due and must be respectful of them when we can, and 
 I think this is a case of them. 


 2) Due to the events and I intend to suspend the voting and 
 send ALAC the list of candidates, and here the justification: a) If the 
 region wants to go to vote, as there are disagreements, and no consensus, first 
 should be voted if the majority wants to go to cavitation or not, and if he wins if 
 recently there go to vote. You know that our region should work 
 by consensus and if not get it we must be respectful of all 
 positions.
