 Dear, 

 First I want to apologize for not being able to participate yesterday's 
 call. I had few significant drawbacks. 

 But now I have read the emails and I received personal emails and 
 wants clarify the panorama: 

 1) On the day of yesterday took the desicion to go to a vote,

 2) Due to the events I believe and intend to suspend the voting and 
 send ALAC the list of candidates, and here the justification: a) If the 
 region wants to go to vote, as there are disagreements, and no consensus, first 
 should be voted if the majority wants to go to cavitation or not, and if he wins if 
 recently there go to vote. You know that our region must function 
 by consensus and if not get it we must be respectful of all 
 positions. 
 b) Our region is not required to specify the candidate preference. 
 Anyway, each of you can express in the wiki, where 
 everyone, including ALAC can see those apoyos.c) I think is the solution that 
 reconcile the interests of all and we'd be respecting deadlines and ALAC 
 could see the support for the candidates in the wiki.
