Dear LACRALO Members
I'm starting a new term as the region Secretary reinvigorated thanks to the
21 ALS who voted for me and others that despite not having voted have
endorsed me. 

At 12 ALS who have not voted for me and especially to those who have not
participated in the electoral process I want to say that this is the last
time I'll talk about "numbers". 

In this new period (as in the previous one), the Secretary and LACRALO
Secretariat  will be working for an united and participative region.
And this one, it will be very special for everyone due to the preparation of
the second ALSs Summit to be held in London 2014. Therefore, I urge you to
work together as a single region ( as we are in ICANN )and  let LACRALO once
again be a pioneer as it always has been!!

I will be your Secretary until May 5, 2014. And I assure you that the
Secretariat doors are open to all those with a desire to work for the
region.
Thank you all for the involvement in the electoral process! A record in our
history = 82.50%

Estimados miembros de LACRALO, 

Estoy iniciando un nuevo periodo como Secretaria de la región con fuerzas
renovadas gracias a las 21 ALSs que han votado por mí y a otras que a pesar
de no haberme votado me han manifestado su apoyo.  A las 12 ALSs que no me
han votado y en especial a las que no han participado en el proceso
electoral quiero decirles que esta es la última vez que hablaré de "números"
y que en este nuevo periodo (como en el anterior), la Secretaria y la
Secretaría de LACRALO estarán trabajando a favor de una región unida y
participativa.  

Seré vuestra secretaria hasta el 5 de mayo de 2014. Y este periodo será muy
especial para todos debido a la preparación del 2 Summit de ALSs a llevarse
a cabo en Londres 2014. Por lo tanto, los insto a que trabajemos todos
juntos como una única región  que somos ante ICANN y que una vez más LACRALO
sea pionera como siempre lo ha sido; asegurándoles que las puertas de la
Secretaría están abiertas para todos aquellos que tengan deseos de trabajar
para la región. 

Gracias a todos por la importante participación en el proceso electoral,
record en nuestra historia = 82,50%
