 Desconozcas probably the work we are doing in the RoP WG and 
 in the different sub groups and that take you to make comments like these. 

 Just the issue of participation, YMS precisely the lack of 
 it is one of the points in which we work, establishing 
 mtricas and discussing the possibilities of de-certification 
 of ALS that only participate in times of votacino of applications 
 for office without any kind of substantial contribution within LACRALO. 

 If it was your fault to have brought to many ALS LACRALO formed by 
 lawyers, now surely this work we will solve remaining 
 as members of the ALS LACRALO really dealing with users and 
 of their rights. 

 The application for certification as ALS was not presented nor for Beatrice or 
 by Maria Jose. It was presented by Ada.These are not issues 
 personal but they are functional LACRALO. 
 In addition the suggestion is to direct them to a space within which ICANN 
 ms can benefit from their skills and contributions can be better 
 valued.
