Hi Sylvia,

I know you have good intentions and I myself have you as a contact on
Skype, but if the discussion relates to the Secretariat Candidacy and if
you wish to demonstrate transparency then it is most appropriate that you
take questions/comments and give your responses using the mailing list or
other publicly accessible medium.

This will also facilitate your being able to understand questions/comments
posed in English and also would allow your response to be understood by
English speakers.
