 Interesting.
Something to be revised, in my humble point of view.
The question is: When the end user of Individual LAC region Could the procedure to make observation on the ALS applications?.
Today, only the ALS and Staff can analize application forms, I think we need to extend the due diligence to every single end user (Thirds party) who want to say something over ALS applications.
I think This is a truly Transparency & Could give solution to our problems FEW On this sense. When everybody know what happen and About can give opinion, this is needed for the real & Effective Communication of facts for all, and not only for the actors.
My position On this point, is generally abstract and Nothing and Have to do Directly With The T & T ISOC application.
A thought in a loud voice: What Was The Opportunity excellent GA lost in Costa Rica to change & to make better our OPs.
