[lac-discuss-en] changes to translation software

Thanks Kent, know that attempting to fix a system while in production
use with time constraints and software constraints (the Google
translate engine) is difficult but communication within LACRALO has
suffered greatly with the breakdown in mail list translation. Readers
on lac-discuss-en are not aware of the conversations on lac-discuss-es
and similarly, conversations on lac-discuss-es mailing list are not
seen on lac-discuss-en mailing list.

However, with the recent list translation update, I note that the
subject line is being lost when the email is being translated on the
other list. There are a lot of "no subject" or "(sin asunto)" as the
subject line instead of the original or translated subject line. This
breaks conversation threads and makes following conversations VERY
difficult

For example,
Kent's email on the lac-discuss-en list:
http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/pipermail/lac-discuss-en/2011/004308.html
Kent's email on the lac-discuss-es list:
http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/pipermail/lac-discuss-es/2011/003028.html

This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,

Dev Anand Teelucksingh
