It is difficult for me to understand why you have declined running for this
position, especially as voting has already started.

While I respect your decision to withdraw, I do consider that LACRALO should
always encourage and foster leadership by its members. In this respect, I
hope that this withdrawal has been well thought out and that you will
consider taking a LACRALO leadership position in the future.
