postulantes for the position of president and secretary of theLACRALO. 
Nevertheless in consideration to the times that run and the work that  
one comes developing in the commission from reform of by laws,wanted  
to propose that the call is delayed or I extended the term of  
postulations by about 60 days, time sufficient to my to understand so that  
the commission can send for its approval the work of reform of  
our regulations, and thus to be able to choose from them.
