[lac-discuss-en] LACRALO to NomCom

Considero que se debe mantener a Jose Ovidio y paralelamente acordar que con
el debido tiempo cuando sea ya oportuno para la proxima nominacion es decir
luego del año adicional que servira Jose Ovidio, preparar oportunamente el
terreno con informacion suficiente y detales basados en la experiencia que
nos pueden enviar tanto Jose Ovidio como otros que han servido en estos
puestos para motivar nuevos y mas participantes pues es recomendable formar
mas personas de la region en capacidad de estar en estas instancias.
