for 20 years, I have been having two courses of post degree inmercantile right, 
dedicating to me mainly to the corporative right, the intellectual property 
and the computer science right. 
 
I was coeditor of the Law of Messages of Data and Electronic Companiesof my 
country, as well as of its regulation, I was adviser of the Ministry of Science and 
Technology, charter member of the Venezuelan Camera of Commerce 
Electronic, university professor in Computer science right at level of pre and 
post degree, lecturer in subjects of intellectual and right property 
computer science in diverse national and international events,ex- Director 
of the Guayana Bank in Venezuela. 
 
I speak English and Spanish reason why I can respond to the doubts of all 
members of the LACRALO

the voters to know the candidates to be elected.
