Estimados Compañeros

De acuerdo a lo ofrecido les remito un borrador de carta genérica para que
pueda ser discutida y se le añadan los fundamentos, datos, fechas y lugares
que hagan falta.

Está planteada como un borrador que preparé hoy durante la teleconferencia
por lo que les pido que añadan sus aportes que con esto ya tenemos algo. 

Luego de una primera ronda podemos traducirla al inglés para que nuestros
amigos de habla inglesa puedan hacer sus aportes. Si alguien puede
traducirla y distribuirla sería mejor.

Por favor usen la herramienta de control de cambios para poder seguir sus
propuestas o si la pueden colocar en un sistema de acceso general será mucho
mejor para hacerlo en línea.

Dear Colleagues:
Here is the ALAC Statement on travel support back in May when the
consultation was announced. Nick has committed to a translation but this may
not be ready for tomorrow's teleconference so in the interim,  I will ask
Carlos and Jose to see to a quick and rough translation.

For those of us who understand English, note that certain parts of this
statement mirrors the concerns raised in the teleconferences so it might be
useful to refer and reinforce the submittals of this statement in any
LACRALO may produce.
