[LAC-Discuss] Nomination for At-large Liaison to ICANN Board

I'm in a totally agree with Carlton and Jacqueline. When ALAN made a proposal by Wendy like a board liason for a new period, I supported his proposal. I didn't vote for Wendy, because I need instructions from LACRALO. Only for clarification.
