Dear Sebastian:
So far as I'm aware, any representation to ALAC on this matter should be
seen as a personal -or an individual ALS representative - endorsement rather
than the sense of the LACRALO membership.

The process for LACRALO is for the position to be placed to members on the
list with a deadline for responses. The plurality of the comments received
by the Secretariat forms the instruction reported to our ALAC
representatives.

Nomination is now open thru 16th June @ 1800 UTC for this post.  It is for
one (1) year from the period of the 2008 ICANN General Meeting.  Wendy

The Secretariat recommends to LACRALO that our ALAC representatives be
authorized to nominate Wendy and to vote for her appointment in due course.
