[LAC-Discuss] Reimbursement for Sao Paulo

Hello all!

Attached please find a brief FAQ to help you reclaim any expenses for  
your trip. The expense report form to use is also attached.

Please remember the following, from the invitation:

1) If you paid for your flights you can request reimbursement for  
them using the expense report form.
2) Your hotel was paid by ICANN up to the Wednesday of the Sao Paulo  
meeting - anything after that would not be reimburseable.
3) Breakfast was included with your room. Other than that, meals are  
not reimburseable
4) Ground transport to ICANN events is reimburseable, though many of  
you may have used the shuttle from the hotels some of the time.
