Dear all,

I have to apologize for the inappropriate language that I allowed in the
chat room of the ICANN75 ReadOut by EURALO. It won't happen again in the
future.

I also would like to thank Ombudsman Herb Waye and Katrina Sataki for
convincing me to apologize.
