Dear Olivier,

Thank you very much for your kind and urgent (as usual) response.

I would like to know, if iNGO European Media Platform can quit EURALO
(which is acting under illegitimate Bylaws for 5 years), but remain the
member of At-Large? I need extremely clearly judicial explanations  - which
judicial bindings agreements with  which  ICANN legal structure I (as a
director of EMP) we (EMP) do have just now?
