[EURO-Discuss] R: Decertification of EURALO ALSes

I strongly support Wolf.
I believe that it is not incumbent on the Chair to run after members who
show little interest in participating: he is spending enough time in
coordinating the work of the members who do participate, in order to get
results for the benefit of ALAC.
