[EURO-Discuss] Lisbon GA: logistical question

Dear Wolf and all,

I just got an email from the travel support staff indicating I could
travel to Lisbon on the 19th of June, ie on the day of the GA.
The Wiki page for the GA does not indicate at what hour the GA will
start. Obviously, I do not think most of us could be in Lisbon before
early afternoon on the 19th, at best.
