[EURO-Discuss] EURALO Board Meeting this evening

Dear all, 

as suggested yesterday during our GA Wolf and me are planning to have face-to-face board meeting. As time here is limited and we are all invited to the Gala Dinner by ISOC Portugal, we are proposing Tod meet there and sit aside for an hour or so.

Objectives:
* getting to know each other better
* create a list oft the tasks that need to be done
* maybe: define so me activities for the next year
* define the tasks of the secretary

Time / Location:
* 20:30 at the Gala Dinner at Palácio Foz, Praca dos Restauradores 25
** the event starts at 19:30
** you need the printed invitation you got at the registration desk - don't forget to bring it
* if you haven't got an invitation card, please check with the registration desk or find Wolf or me
