[EURO-Discuss] Reminder: Invitation to the upcoming EURALO GA in Belgrade

Dear all,

as announced already with our 1st invitation to the EURALO GA in Belgrade, circulated 27 April 2011, we will conduct our next General Assembly in the eve of the European Dialogue on Internet Governance (EuroDIG) 
on Sunday, 29 May 2011, from 18:00 – 20:00, at the Sava conference Center in Belgrade.

Attached please find a Proposed GA agenda (endorsed at our last monthly calls) and a copy of the Board report to be presented and adopted by the GA.

Further infos regarding Online agenda and remote participation will follow until the end of this week.

All those members who cannot participate personally or remotely may consider a transfer of their vote to an attending member (as we partly did for Vilnius) to assure a solid voting quorum at the GA.

I am looking forward to welcome many of you – physically or remotely – next Sunday at our Belgrade GA.
