[EURO-Discuss] NOW OPEN: EURALO Vote on Bylaw modifications

[ICANN At-Large Staff]

Dear All,

The Chair of the EURALO, Wolf Ludwig, requested the At-Large staff start an eight day online vote on the EURALO Bylaw modifications.

All authorized voters - that being the representatives of the European ALSes - received their voting credentials by mail a couple of minutes ago. The
list of ALS representatives is attached below.

Please find attached (Word document) the draft text for the 3 suggested Bylaw modifications with an explanation for each one.

The questions to be put will be the following:

Modification 1:
Do you support the suggested EURALO Bylaw changes regarding the
inclusion of individual members?

Modification 2:
Do you support the suggested modifications on Term limits for Board
members and Officers?

Modification 3:
Do you support the suggested modification to align EURALO Board and
ALAC representative elections?

With possible answers:
Accept
Object
Abstain
