The old Wiki has come online for long enough to allow me to migrate  
the text of the bylaws to the wiki at www.euralo.org. Please do feel  
free to review the text and refresh your memory if it has been a  
while as the completion of this document will of course be one of the  
key documents to conclude at the Lisbon meetings.
