[EURO-Discuss] PROPOSED TELECONFERENCE - 30th April

There will be a voting mechanism available - At-Large uses the voting
system of BigPulse.com; we have an account that allows the RALOs to
conduct their votes through that system as well as the ALAC votes each
month.
