[EURO-Discuss] ALAC Candidates

Dear Annette:

Having just signed an agreement with ICANN, and between each other, I
cannot think it would be anything but improper to start ignoring what
has just been agreed. This would not seem to me a good way to start
out with a new organisation.

If the ALS community is happy to have Veronica join an ALS at this
time, then I'm sure someone would make a 'home' for her in order to
satisfy the requirement. if it is felt that she needed to be a member
of an ALS before the nominations closed, or in order to have been
nominated in the first place, then that would clearly pose a problem
to her candidacy - I do not recommend any particular course of action
here - except that the group find a way not to disregard the documents
it has just signed up to.
