[EURO-Discuss] Lisbon Follow Up

I have not read anyone suggesting that any ALS would be excluded, and
in fact, the MoU and Bylaws both ensure that every ALS IS included.

The timeline also does not envision a two week timeline - the timeline
is more than double that.
