[Euro-board] Possible initiative during ICANN71 and next EURALO AG

The question is whether *any* of our ALSes are going to be prevented 
from travelling to Poland, including the one in Guadeloupe and the ones 
outside the EC, such as  Russia.and UK, for example. Are the borders 
going to be open by then?
