Following our discussion during Euralo Board meeting and following the announcement of the resignation of Bastiaan Goslings, please find here after a proposal of schedule for the selection process of the NomCom member from Euralo to be transmitted to the abc for final decision.

EURALO/ALAC Selection Timetable for 2020 NomCom Member from EURALO (Urgent matter)

16 November 2020 - Announcement of call for nominations and Nominee's Statement.
16 November – 22 November 2020 - Nomination period (nominations accepted for 5 working days). 
25 November 2020 - Deadline for nomination acceptances
26 November 2020 – 18:00UTC Calls with the candidates. 
27 November - 1 December 2020 – Online Vote by EURALO Members.
Name (or Names) are sent to the ALAC Chair.
ALAC process to elect the NomCom Member from EURALO.
Newly elected NomCom Member from EURALO shall be seated on XX December 2020.
