Thank you for your three draft proposals. 

Please note that any request must be submitted using the template. Also, the overall At-Large criteria should be on engagement rather than outreach. Both the template and the criteria are available on the At-Large FY21 Budget Development Workspace at: https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+FY21+Budget+Development+Workspace. 

Regarding the two proposed requests relate to the IGF, in the recent past ABR requests related to the IGF have not been approved. For At-Large members, there is the CROP and RALO Discretionary Funding that could be used for national or regional IGF meetings. For the global IGF, the region win which it is held can apply for funding using these two sources. 

With regard to the proposal for funding travel for youth to ICANN Meetings, please note an overall ICANN principle for the ABRs states:  Because of their strategic implications and longer-term budget planning impacts, community requests for additional ICANN Public Meeting travel support slots are no longer assessed as special requests through this process, but need to be made through the overall budget review process managed through the ICANN Public Comment Forums. Please keep in mind that the EURALO f2f General Assembly will be held in FY21. You may wish to consider a request for training for all EURALO ALS representatives similar to what was held during ATLAS III.
