[Euro-board] [DC] IGF 2019: Request Bilateral Rooms during the 14th IGF in Berlin

Hello all,

since Anja told me that slots are limited to 60 minutes and that only on
exceptional circumstances would a longer slot be allowed, she also
proposed that we use a slot at the end of a day, which allows for an
overspill past the end time.
As a result, and in order to avoid a conflict with many sessions, I have
booked the EURALO  Session for the Tuesday 26 November 2019 (Day 1)
17:00-18:00 which we could extend by another 30 minutes to 18:30 and
would only conflict with the High Level Session. This is of course a
request and I'll let you know when we'll receive a confirmation as soon
as I receive it.
Kindest regards,

Olivier
