[Euro-board] [DC] IGF 2019: Request Bilateral Rooms during the 14th IGF in Berlin

Dear Roberto,

each session is max 1 hour. It is also my understanding that there is
also a limit as to how many sessions you can book - and 1 per
organisation is quite likely as the timetable is likely to be completely
filled out.
