[Euro-board] [DC] IGF 2019: Request Bilateral Rooms during the 14th IGF in Berlin

Hello all,

I have enquired about the length of time that a room can be booked for.
It is currently 1 hour.
Anja Gengo recommends that if we would like more time, we book a room
either at the beginning or the end of the day, or the end of the day, so
we can spill over the end.

For your information, we need more than 1 hour because we need to set-up
remote participation before starting the AGM. So - which "end of day"
would be better, bearing in mind we'll be overlapping some sessions?
