Dear Colleagues,

the next stage of At-Large Review, the feasibility assessment and
implementation planning is currently happening. As usual, we are faced
with very short time frames due to our wish to have the plan sent in
time for the ICANN Board to make a decision at ICANN 60 - this time the
AGM being in October, thus earlier than usual.

On next week's RALO Leadership call, there is an agenda item to review
the final draft document ad for RALO leaders and regional working groups
to provide remaining input. I will therefore ask you if you could kindly
do the following ahead of the RALO Leadership call on August 15th:

1. Please read the implementation plan yourself. As the Google Doc has
now been frozen, please reserve your comments for the RALO call, or
email them to the Review working team - or ask your RALO representatives
on the Review Work Party to post these comments on the Review Work
Party's mailing list. You can find your RALO representative on:

2. Please circulate the implementation plan to any working group or team
that you might have in your RALO, that have provided input to the RALO
Statement that is linked from: https://community.icann.org/x/KJjRAw

You will find that the plan has taken both the elements of the ALAC
Statement and the RALO Statement and integrated them together. Are there
any points that the RALOs have made that are missing? *Whilst it is too
late to add points that we have never made before, it is still time to
make sure that the points we have made are included in the implementation.
*Of particular importance are the recommendations which involve RALOs
directly.

As a lot of the implementation involves RALOs, this process is super
important.

Next question: do you want a Webinar next week, so members of the
working party could take you through the implementation plan? With our
RALO call on August 15th and the plan needs to be finalised by 21st
August, if we want a Webinar it would need to be on Wednesday August
16th. If you think we need a Webinar, we could make it completely public
so all of our members could be invited to it.

Looking forward to your kind response by tomorrow, so if you want a
Webinar for Wednesday 16th August we have enough time for arranging it,
including interpretation etc.

At-Large Review Recommendation Feasibility Assessment and Implementation
Plan has closed on 6 August. The Google document

has been locked from further commenting and is read only.

A small drafting team (consist of Alan, Cheryl, Holly, Olivier, Maureen)
