[Euro-board] Which process for replacement of EURALO selected ALAC member?

Hi Séb,

I think we are all concerned about diversity. Unfortunately, there are situations in life and various spheres when you cannot always "enforce" diversity because of lacking or suitable options. We seemed to be lucky for the last election of Veronica (and BTW I was asking Valentina from APTI as well who was not available).

But with Andrei we have an ALAC member from the East  at least.
