[At-Large] proper good-bye

Dear all,

I'm not sure that I said a proper good-bye in Dublin to all present here 
or those following remotely.

I wanted to thank all and particularly ICANN At-large staff for help and 
assistance during the two years of my mandate as EURALO Secretary.

I really hope to stay in contact with a number of you and continue 
working and engaging together on ICANN issues or on cybersecurity.
