I beg to disagree.
The "Reserved Names" listed in section 2.2.1.2.1 are all related to the
Internet's infrastructure. Any use of those names by organizations other
than those currently operating by that name would likely endanger the
Internet's stability.
There is no issue of "rights" here, just an issue of keeping the network
running as safely as possible.
