[APAC-Discuss] Regional Advice for Internet Governance Institute

Satish and I spoke to Babu Ram who is the CEO of this organisation while we
were in Russia.  It appears to be a formal organisation but I am concerned
that a senior member of another ALS (the ISOC Chapter) is also a Director
of this organisation. I thought at one stage tha Babu was a member of the
ISOC Chapter but apparently he has set this up separately. It seems a bit
elitist - do you think?  People can't get in without specific approval. Not
totally open.
