[APAC-Discuss] Additional Feedback on APRALO Applications

Dear Maureen,
Would be good practice if representatives of ALS to login to the Adobe
meeting room with their first name and ALS name example: Ahmad-ALS
Palestine.
In this way, it will be easy to take note from the recordings of the
meeting.
I think there is an option in Adobe to edit the name after login. Then at
the beginning of each meeting attendances ate asked to identity their
affiliation to edit their name.
Best,
Nadira

Hi Evin

Actually, as people join a working group, etc they aren't necessarily asked
if they are a member of an ALS. They may not be a primary or secondary
contact.
We need to find some way to identify what ALSes are actually being
represented at our meetings. Otherwise we are not able to keep good stats
on participation.
