Thanks Pavan. I have queries on YODET as well as one of the individual member applications.
Can we have something about the Governance & Membership rules of YODET? In particular:
* Do they allow individual members? Institutional members?
* What is size of their membership at this time? What proportion of their membership are individuals?
* Can individual members assume leadership positions?

We need to find out more about the case of Buddha Haldar, as the current APRALO rules state that if an applicant is currently a member of a certified ALS, he/she *cannot* be granted membership. If Dr Haldar is a member of ISOC-Kolkata, we will have to reject his application. Can we therefore cross-check if he is a member of ISOC-Kolkata?

We have an APRALO ALS application from Yemeni Organization for Development and Exchange Technology (YODET). 
I have summarized some of the main information here from their DD. Let me know if you require anymore information
"“Yemeni Organization for Development and Empowerment in Technology (YODET) is a nongovernmental non-profit organization (…) implementing its programs through a number of centers in several Yemeni governorates associated with partners (…) YODET was established in May 2015 and was officially licensed under registration number ( 15 م†42 ) issued on December 16, 2015 by the Ministry of Social Affairs.”
YODET is a nongovernmental organization (NGO) receiving funding from
nongovernmental sources, reliant upon a network of local partners to facilitate local activity
