[APAC-Discuss] APRALO Application for new ALS and Individual Applications

Thanks Pavan. I have queries on YODET as well as one of the individual
member applications.

Can we have something about the Governance & Membership rules of YODET? In
particular:

* Do they allow individual members? Institutional members?
* What is size of their membership at this time? What proportion of their
membership are individuals?
* Can individual members assume leadership positions?

We need to find out more about the case of Buddha Haldar, as the current
APRALO rules state that if an applicant is currently a member of a
certified ALS, he/she *cannot* be granted membership. If Dr Haldar is a
member of ISOC-Kolkata, we will have to reject his application. Can we
therefore cross-check if he is a member of ISOC-Kolkata?
