Folks

I’m happy to see the Charter and Guidelines is Sala would like to.  However, I would note that certainly in Australia and, I expect elsewhere, many NGOs receive Government funding either directly or through support for projects.  And as to membership, the application did say that, while there are trustees, individual members are given opportunities to participate - so happy to have that looked at
