[APAC-Discuss] Regional Advice for Regional Advice Needed / 265 Cybercafe Association CCAOI

Hi All,

I would not support the application for the following reasons:


   1. It is controlled by Trustees, namely 3 and there was no evidence
   submitted showing that there are other people than the names given;
   2. Secondly it is partially funded by Government;
   3. There is no proof of membership as it mentions that they intend to
   branch out to different states;

Could the Secretariat of APRALO kindly send us the charter and guidelines
for membership criteria.
The dominant reason why I am not inclined to support the Application is (2)
