[APAC-Discuss] New ALS Application received

I join Keith and other fellow ISOC chapter leaders in welcoming the revival
of the ISOC-Korea chapter.

On behalf of myself and ISOC-Yemen, I support the chapter's application to
be an ALS and join the APRALO family.
