[APAC-Discuss] New ALS Application received

The ISOC Korea chapter has just re-formed itself after a few years of 
inactivity, and is now invigorated and participative in its desire for 
an open internet. Their activities during the ITU Plenipotentiary 
meeting in Busan last year provided strong evidence of the chapter 
working with their Government in a multistakeholder way.

I see strong synergy between this chapter and At Large activities, (as 
has often proved the case with other ISOC chapters who are recognised 
ALS's.

I therefore strongly recommend ICANN provides recognition of this new At 
Large Structure.
