[APAC-Discuss] [ALAC-Internal] New ALS Application received

This is very exciting not only that At Large is increasing its footprint in a country where we do not currently have an ALS or footprint but moreso that they have alot to offer At Large.

Yemen has the world's largest DNSSEC validation.

Looking forward to having them join the At Large community.
