As finalized during the 2 February 2022 At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG) meeting, please see attached the ALAC responses<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1V7YHAgZWuPSCE9r_g7ziRpgR9tLBWRb9nJq87lee08Y/edit?usp=sharing> to the ICANN Board clarifying questions regarding ALAC Advice on Subsequent Procedures.



On behalf of the ALAC Chair, Maureen Hilyard, we are issuing a 48-hour ALAC consensus call.



Please let Maureen or staff know by Friday, February 18 at 17:00 UTC any concerns you may have.



The next step will be to share these ALAC responses with the ICANN Board.
