[ALAC] Nominations for the ALT

When I was a member of the ALAC, this work methodology was successful. It is a widely used methodology to "chew" the subject in a small group, from there proposals come out in a short time. And that does not imply that when put to the consideration of the entire group, it cannot be modified. It is that there are times when several members do not have time available and that causes delays in decisions.
There are many organizations that use this work methodology.
