[ALAC] Final Report of the ALS Mobilization Working Party

Hello Maureen,

Unless Alan does not mind multiple calls, I think it may be better to have
combined RALO calls, so RALOs with similar timezone can be grouped and a
time can be arranged for the single purpose call.
