[ALAC] Fwd: call for volunteers: ccPDP4 on the (de)selection of IDN ccTLD strings

A combination of existing IDN-WG and ccNSO participants among At-Large
folks will be good.

I have some interest in looking into the IDN ccTLD Fast Track Process but
I'd prefer to have folks who have the interest AND a bit of time on their
hands step up.
